I need help sizing a quilt.?

I want to make a flag quilt, and all over the quilt is covered with the flag. I want the quilt to fit a queen size bed (60 X 80 width length). I want there to be a decline pillow (cover the pillows), to hang down, and hang over the sides enough to cover the mattress. As has a flag on it, it must be rectangular in shape too. I do not have the exact measurements of the thickness of the mattress and pillows or anything of the bed recipient, so please use the standard. Help, please?

Using standard measures, your quilt should be completed 96 "x 110". This will give you a tummy pillow and hangs 1 "below the bottom edge of the mattress. This requires a regular queen mattress not a pillowtop, and no footboard. If you make the quilt so the top is all the flag, the flag will be lost on some sides and withdrawal pillow. You could do the part of the flag 65 "long and some large, it must be to remain in proportion, then add a border, then another section reconstituted to cover the cushion and borders to reach the size you need. In this way, the flag should sit on top of the bed, on the part not covered by pillows.

Is this really unhealthy or is it me?

umm .. this is my problem I have just recovered from anorexia, i didn't say coz i ane1 healed myself and to this day who ever reads this is the only people that I never said you dnt worry didn't get to as 4stone/56pnds or anyfin i was in my 6st/84pnds litest but now I 7th 12pnds'm 5'7 (e im 15 years). The thing is though is that now, wen im full i feel really stupid and powerless to get in shape .. . its weird, but wen I pull my skin tight on my belly I feel better?? if I need your opinion and tell me if im fat or unhealthy .. then ... you already heard my weight and height ... heres my diet .... b = grain for example, the Golden Grahams = s chicken salad, fruit bread = granola bar on the piece of brown s = fruit yogurt-covered dried fruit dried fruit lasagna and SALD = = jog exercise 30 minutes 3 times per week = 80min walk 5x a week HELP ME !!!!! btw attention trying not i im just really want to help please ...

Well good for you who have overcome anorexia .. The scheme put you here sounds ok to me .. Just be sure to add lots of vegetables, fruit and bulk .. to your daily diet! You can slow down a bit on the exercises if you want, walking is great, but jogging has been known to cause problems .. Good luck!

plan to empty the family vault this weekend and clean the jewels therein. amongst the hoard are several decent sized diamonds and Emeralds i plan to wash these with soap and then pop them into the Microwave to dry. Is there a better way?
