How can I prevent a queen palm tree from producing fruit?

October 24th, 2009 Walter

My parents have a queen palm tree that produces a lot of fruits that drop to the ground making a mess. They heard that there was a product that can prevent the tree from growing fruit. What is that product and where can I buy it?

All you need to do is remove the inflorescance(flower) before it is pollinated or ripe and the plant will not have a chance to bear fruit,no such product exists.
