		<description>keep your new tree pruned annually, cut off all the dead fronds, it can be done with a small hand saw. the bugs, scorpions and birds are attracted to the hanging fronds as they provide good cover and a cool place for them, I live in Globe and run the tree service here, we do not find pests in well manucured trees, only in the ones that have been let go for a year or more</description>
