PALM TREE seeds?
November 6th, 2009 WalterI have a palm tree and i want to grow some new ones… where can I get seeds from inside the tree I have to germinate new ones. Im not sure of the type it is a single tree straight out with banana type leaves

Well first decide do you have a palm or banana? If you have a banana, they generally are a bulbous plant meaning they grow from a bulb. And they are not trees they are plants.
If it is a palm tree, at certain times of years there will be a sprout with tassles. I have mine inside in a nice warm area and it gets a lot of sun. I’ve seen little black seed looking things around the tree. So I am assuming they drop their own seeds.
