The Humble Daybed has a rich history
The modern sofa bed has a link with the past that most of us are unfamiliar. From ancient Greek and Roman through the Victorian Age to today, the humble daybed has endured. Most of us are familiar with modern daybed as a great way to welcome guests of the night.
Throughout history, the daybed has served many purposes is still considered as an essential part of the furniture. To understand the full scope of the history of bed rest, imagine an arrangement of seats can be converted into a bed.
The modern sofa bed is fairly basic in design and quite functional. Daybeds are composed of a treed or framework metal with a spring connected to accommodate a twin mattress. We have a right 7x10 extra bonus room completes our main lounge. My husband and I are stuck on what we should take advantage of the room. We thought to chair, wooden sofa, breakfast nook. We just need your help! Any suggestions ... please??
Why do not you fill it with large / small rare exotic tropical plants. thats what I'd do with it. Perhaps hang a hammock or something
