Is this a good time to invest in real estate?
Anytime is a good time to invest in real estate. Whenever you can get a good deal. So what is a good deal in real estate? When you can get the price you're willing to pay for the property, or you can get the terms that are beneficial to your situation, it becomes a good deal for you. The state of the economy affect the property prices that we are now well aware, however, other factors involved can help create a good deal.
Property prices are currently 30 to 40 percent off their highs a few years old. In a normal market, these rebates would be fodder for investors property. The key word is "normal." The prices were raised several years ago were at the top of the housing cycle. That bubble burst a top Just over a year earlier.
